Make sure that your system meets the minimum operating system requirements

To successfully install Internet Explorer 11, make sure that your system meets one of the following minimum operating system requirements:

Internet Explorer needs an update before installing.

Internet Explorer 11 tries to install required software and components automatically. If this installation fails, Internet Explorer stops the installation process. In this situation, you must install the prerequisite software manually before you can install Internet Explorer 11.

Additionally, you may review the IE11_main.log file under the Windows folder (for example, C:Windows) to find out what prerequisite update is not installed correctly.

Make sure that your video card driver is compatible

Some computers that have hybrid video adapters are not yet compatible with Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7. Internet Explorer 11 will not install on these systems until updated hardware drivers are installed. Make sure that the installation of other updates is complete

Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 cannot automatically install prerequisites if any update installation is in progress or if a system restart is pending. To check whether you have an ongoing update installation or a pending restart in Windows 7, follow these steps:

Open Control Panel.
Click System and Security.
Click Windows Update.

If you have ongoing activity, do the following before you try to install Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7, as appropriate:

If an update installation is in progress, let that installation finish.
If all updates are installed but a system restart is pending, restart your computer.

Make sure that you use the correct installer version

Other installation issues

This issue occurs when the custom text size (DPI) on your computer is set to a value that is larger than the default value. Installing a localized version of Internet Explorer 11

You can install Internet Explorer 11 in your localized environment by using either the English version of the installer or a supported language version of the installer for your localized environment.

If you don't use the English version of the Internet Explorer 11 installer, make sure that the language version of the installer matches the active language of your operating system. It's pretty good, but still has a few bugs in it, and crashes randomly if you're watching very large videos, or if you have the DFX plugin, other than that, its an awesome version of media player, and it's an essential if you like listening to music. It automatically searches for your music and videos, and puts them into your library.
Definately worthe the upgrade from WMP 9 or 10.
If you want to enhance the sound of media player, use the enhancements integrated which dont seem to make much difference, or you could use DFX 8.0.

I really love windows media player, and always have. Only reason I don't use it for everything is because I have a very old computer, and WMP is fairly resource intensive compared to apps like XMPlay and Media Player Classic.

Instead of using this, get the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack which will easily install Media Player Classic, along with the codecs you'll need, for video. If you want a nice separate audio program with eye candy, get WinAmp. If you purchase music through URGE (or iTunes), learn about DRM and stop supporting it. I don't want to trash Microsoft like a lot of people, this media player is alright, but people often get it thinking it's simple, and it's actually a lot more complicated than programs like Media Player Classic, but not necessarily more powerful.

WMP11 is a great program. I remember when earlier versions wouldn't even work properly with third party codecs.
If you have a DVD codec installed, WMP11 makes a great DVD player.
Though not really Microsoft's fault, some codecs (ffdshow?) can cause WMP to crash. The solution is to uninstall those codecs and use other ones, either a different ffdshow or Divx. This same issue can also cause Explorer (not Windows Explorer) to crash and the fix is the same.
A score of ONE?
This is NOT a site that Microsoft manages. If someone makes a mistake on the version number or jumps the gun on the release date, don't trash a pretty good program, okay?
I think it would be respectful to change your score and just give WMP11 what you think it deserves.
My scores are always adjusted by price, so consider that PowerDVD 7 Deluxe at $70 is almost the same price as OEM Win XP Home which can be purchased for as low as $85?
**For all you people that don't know about OEM purchasing, listen up. Windows can cost less than half the price and the only difference is the packaging and the inability to upgrade an existing installation of Windows 98. I recommend fresh installations anyway.
Also, certain hardware (especially hard drives) can be purchased as OEM. I just bought a 320GB Seagate SATA drive (perpendicular) for $90.

Speak Now is the third studio album by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. It was released on October 25, 2010, by Big Machine Records. Production for the album took place during 2009 to 2010 at several recording studios, and was handled by Swift and Nathan Chapman. Written entirely by Swift as the follow-up to Fearless, Speak Now expands on the country pop style of her previous work, and features lyrical themes including love, romance, and heartbreak.

Speak Now received generally positive reviews from music critics, who praised Swift's songwriting and themes. It received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Country Album, making it her second consecutive nomination in the category, following her 2010 victory for Fearless. Several music critics and publications included Speak Now in their year-end lists. Six singles were released from the album, all of which have either received a platinum or multi-platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Swift promoted the album with the Speak Now World Tour, grossing over $123 million.

Speak Now debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, giving Swift her second consecutive chart-topper in the U.S. Its first-week sales of 1,047,000 copies was the fifth-biggest debut in history for a female artist, the third biggest ever by a country album (the first being Swift's own Red album later released in 2012), the biggest in five and a half years, and the biggest first week sales of 2010. The album also made music history for claiming the biggest one-week sales tally for an album by a female country artist. As of 2017, Speak Now was ranked as the 16th album to sell at least one million copies in a single week in the United States. Internationally, it charted within the top 10 in several countries, including Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The album has been certified 6× platinum by the RIAA and, as of November 2017, has sold 4.6 million copies in the United States and 6 million copies Worldwide. It is also the tenth best-selling digital album of all time.

Speak Now was included in Rolling Stone's list of '50 Best Female Albums of All Time' in 2012, ranking at number forty-five. This gave Swift, age 20 at the time of publication, the distinction of being the youngest artist across all genres to be included on the list.

Background[edit]

Swift released her second album, Fearless, in 2008. The album peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 for eleven non-consecutive weeks,^[1] became the best-selling album of 2009 in the United States,^[2] and was certified six times platinum by the RIAA.^[3] Thirteen songs from Fearless charted within the top forty of the Billboard Hot 100, breaking the record for the most top forty entries from a single album.^[4]Fearless also produced five singles. 'Love Story' (2008), the first single from Fearless became Swift's best-charting song at the time, peaking at number one on the Australian Singles Chart and being certified triple platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association.^[5]^[6]Fearless' third single, 'You Belong with Me' (2009), became Swift's best-charting single in the United States, at the time; it peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified quadruple platinum by the RIAA.^[3]^[7] 'Fearless' (2010), the fifth single from Fearless, became the first single released after being certified gold by the RIAA as a result of digital downloads.^[8] Swift won the Billboard Music Award for Artist of the Year in 2009 due to the chart success she enjoyed on Billboard charts during the year.^[9] She obtained her second-biggest debut on the Billboard Hot 100 at number two in 2010 with 'Today Was a Fairytale' from the Valentine's Day soundtrack.^[10]

Recording and title[edit]

Swift worked on the album for two years prior to its release.^[11] Swift wrote all of the songs on the album without co-writers. Speaking on a live webcast on July 20, 2010, she said, 'I actually wrote all the songs myself for this record. It didn't really happen on purpose, it just sort of happened. Like, I'd get my best ideas at 3:00 am in Arkansas, and I didn't have a co-writer around and I would just finish it.'^[12] In an analysis of Swift's lyrics, The Oxonian Review noted themes of regret and solitude, highlighting that 'December is a month to get through so we can return to the beginning, and is certainly not a month to relish. Yet, Swift goes there—'all the time'—in 'Back to December' by delivering an apology to an ex-boyfriend, which she never did on her prior two albums.'^[13] Music writer Stephen Thomas Erlewine viewed that the album musically is 'no great progression from Fearless but rather a subtle shift toward pure pop with the country accents [...] used as flavoring'.^[14]

Recording sessions for the album took place at several recording locations, including Aimeeland Studio, Blackbird Studios, and Capitol Studios in Hollywood, California, Pain in the Art Studio, and Starstruck Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, and Stonehurst Studio in Bowling Green, Kentucky.^[15] Some of the songs feature live strings, and some, a full orchestra.^[16]

According to Big Machine Records president/CEO Scott Borchetta, the album's original title was Enchanted. He explained: 'We were at lunch, and she had played me a bunch of the new songs. I looked at her and I'm like, 'Taylor, this record isn't about fairy tales and high school anymore. That's not where you're at. I don't think the record should be called Enchanted.' After the discussion, Swift then excused herself from the table at that point. By the time she came back, she had the Speak Now title, which comes closer to representing the evolution that the album represents in her career and in her still-young understanding of the world.^[17]

Songs and lyrics[edit]

The opening track, 'Mine', was released as the lead single from the album. Swift explained that the uptempo country pop song was about her tendency to run from love.^[18] Critics praised the song, although some called it 'formulaic' and reminiscent of her earlier work.^[19] 'Sparks Fly' was composed by Swift when she was sixteen, prior to her debut in the music scene,^[20] and was first performed during one of her concerts in 2007. The quickest way to do this is to switch to the main uTorrent window, select the torrent you want to prioritize in the right-hand side of the window, and click the up arrow (repeatedly if necessary) to move it up the list. Conversely, you can use the down arrow button to move a particular download down the list.

7. Limit bandwidth usage

To prevent your downloads from slowing down other web browsing too much, you can place a limit on download speeds. Double-click a torrent you're downloading in the right-hand side of uTorrent and the Torrent Properties dialog will appear. Here you can adjust the maximum upload rate and maximum download rate to your desired speed in KBps.

Note that if you leave the values at the default setting of 0, all available bandwidth will be used.
